Job description
• Responsible for general office administration.
• Prepare & manage order fulfillment (e.g. sales order, purchase order, quotations, invoices, delivery order, etc.)
• Reviewing the accuracy of data entry and documentation when checking for delivery and purchasing orders.
• Run the necessary reports of the company’s progress.
• To handle all incoming, calls, emails, memorandums, faxes and redirect them to the related parties.
Requirements
► Notice: Prior calibration knowledge is an added advantage.
► Minimum certification is SPM.
► Must-have:
• Fluent in English: Reading & Writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work honestly and with integrity.
