Job description

•	Overall responsibility for the operations of Production functions including planning to support the production activities in meeting quality, productivity, targets, yield cost and customer’s satisfaction
•	To ensure production line run according to schedule to customer’s delivery dates
•	To identify, develop & resolve process related issues for continuous improvement in yield, quality, reliability & productivity
•	Work with the QA team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement and development
•	To drive cost reduction program, evaluate and qualify new materials, designs & processes required
•	Motivate, counsel, train & lead subordinates to maintain good teamwork and proper housekeeping
•	Assess and optimize effectiveness of manpower utilization

                    

Requirements

•	Candidate must possess at least a Degree and above in Process/Mechanical Engineering
•	At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing field
•	Commited, result oriented, dependable and ability to learn quickly
•	Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
•	Computer literate and with good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
•	Applicants with Mandarin speaking and writing are added advantage
•	Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
