Job description

•	To provide technical expertise to the Sales Team, bridging the gap between sales and technical.
•	To design and recommend relevant architecture / solution to meet customers’ needs.
•	Responsible for product / solution proposal for tender / projects.
•	To conduct product presentation / training workshop to internal users, partners and customers.
•	To deploy proposed solution and ensure customers’ requirements are met.

                    

Requirements

•	Minimum 2 years working experience in IT Industry.
•	Ability to present articulately to Customers.
•	Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•	Optional Professional Certifications: Avaya / Juniper Networks / Cisco
•	Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
