•To attend to complaints received from residents and maintain good public relation with the residents. •To record complaints from the residents. •To prepare and check document relating to work requisition and the issue of purchase orders and Cheque (if required). • To follow up daily with maintenance staff on their feedback on complaints submitted for their investigation. •To follow up with contractors on their work schedule. •To assist on the issuance of insurance certificate to unit owners. •To be responsible for the administrative function of the office. •Process and issue monthly or quarterly billings on service charges, water charges, insurance, quitrent and other related charges. •To issue car/motorcycle stickers and lobby cards. •Ensure that all collection received are credited to the bank account by routine checking and updated filing on the bank-in slip.
