Job description
- Assist with administration and execution of new hire - orientations and key in new hiring particular (Janitors)
- Extensive experience in administrative work such as templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies
- Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
- Handling customer invoices
- Responsible to liaise, coordinate and correspond with agencies and governmental bodies such as labour department, FWCMS, immigration, FOMEMA
- Familiar with Recalibration process.
- Renewal foreign workers permit
- Involve in general HR and Admin tasks
- Handle quotation
- To liaise with suppliers / contractors - Reply customer email for tender ,submit bidding, check in workers by email, reply customer request in email
Requirements
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป :
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an HR executive or HR officer / HR Admin
- A diploma or certifications in relevant courses
- Able to communicate professionally
- Ability to independently handle multiple job & deadline and be flexible to help cover other HR issue as they arise
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
- Knowledge of computer Microsoft application
- Audit preparedness
- To assist in general administrative works
- Fluent in English - spoken & written
- ISO & RBA Knowledge will be advantage
