- Supervise All Cleaning, Staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour. - Ensure first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building. - review work schedules. - ordering of cleaning materials/chemicals. - ensure staff are aware of the health & safety policies and procedures. - scheduling check tools and machines are in good working condition. - report disciplinary and absenteeism issue to the manager.
