Job description
This role is provides administrative support to accountants and other financial staff members. Their duties include assisting with tasks like managing records and organizing reports, performing data entry and scheduling appointments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Invoicing
Issue Purchase order
Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client’s records

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
SPM or equivalent
Ability to work with little guidances and team player
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office is required
Effective verbal/writing skills, as well as strong presentation skills, are required
