Job description

1. Review prescriptions, and supply and dispense medications.

2. Provide patient counselling on proper drug administration and technique.

3. Participate in ward rounds and assist in medication history clerking.

4. Provide information to healthcare staff and patients on the safe and effective use of
medications.

5. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and hospital policies.
                    

Requirements

1. Degree in Pharmacy or its equivalent (Recognised by MOH).

2. Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia and possess a valid Annual Retention Certificate for Pharmacist.

3. Minimum 2 years of hospital practice.

4. Interest and experience in clinical pharmacy will be an advantage.

5. Trustworthy, committed and passionate in patient care.
