• Handle Human Resource Management functions, tasks and responsibilities which include recruitment, employment & staff training administration. • Lead and guide HR staff • Maintain & updating staff personal file and system. • Prepare employment contracts, HR letter and correspondences. • Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance , leave records, process expenses claims, medical claims, OT and allowance calculation. • Oversee and responsible for the payroll functions . • Process monthly Income Tax , KWSP and Perkeso submissions • Any ad-hoc HR assignments/events/activities. • Diploma/ degree in Human Resource or equivalent. • At least 5 years of working experience in HR generalist role. • Good knowledge in employment law and HR policies . • Knowledge of payroll system will be an added advantage. • Self-motivated and work independently.
