Job description

- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the project management
- Interpret and translate customer needs into design & plans.
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Able to handle full consultancy work from conceptual presentation to project completion.
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, suppliers, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
                    

Requirements

- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or Art Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Appointment basis, willing to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Preferable at least 2 years of working experience in interior design/ site coordination or management.
- Must possess knowledge in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite and other ID software knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Good oral communication skill in English , Chinese & Malay, knowledge in other dialects such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Team player and able to communicate with internal and external parties.
