*Responsible to attend to walk in customer
*Answers phone calls from customer and deal with
problems as they arise
*Assist in correspondence with customer by email and
resolve customer complaints.
*Assist sales team to prepare quotation, PO, Invoice,
price list and report.
*Provide good customer services.
