Job description
a. Manage inbound and outbound calls
b. Manage company mailboxes, company website, social media, and back-end of application
c. Ensure smooth ordering and delivery process
d. Handle customer enquiries and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
e. Administer delivery partner's affair
f. Menu updating
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
• Excellent in computer literate with competency in Microsoft and Google applications
• Excellent in email writing and social media copywriting
• Familiar with roads and traffic of Malacca
• Willing to work on rotation shift/ weekend/ Public Holiday/ OT and off one day per week
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
