Job description

1.1 Start up and shut down processing equipment.
1.2 roubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
1.3 Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
1.4 Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products and make sample.
1.5 Conduct quality check periodically and adherence to customer specifications.
1.6 Verify adequate material and supplies are available to meet production and schedule requirements.
1.7 Prepare production documents, manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, or productivity reports.
1.8 Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors.
1.9 Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
1.10 Clean production equipment or work areas.
1.11 Provide advice or training to machine operator.
1.12 Separate reworks wire or mesh and scrap or waste wire.
1.13 Other task assigned by superior.
                    

Requirements

2.0 Education, Experience and Skills:
2.1 SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
2.2 At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
2.3 Fair verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, understanding of others languages is an added advantage.
2.4 Good supervisory skills with strong leadership qualities and ability to lead a team.
2.5 Able to communicate with all levels of employees.
2.6 Able to work independently.
