Job description

     Working hours : 6 days									
     Salary : Depends on experience and working capability									
     Requirement : Full time,  Female, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply					
     Location : Shah Alam , Selangor				
     Jobscope:-
								
1. Load or unload Raw & Packaging Material goods received / Finished Goods from or to lorry container.									
2. To shrink-wrap & palletize received material / Finished Goods except material in drums.									
3. To mark arrival date, code & quantity and receiving pallet labels as per guidance from superior.									
4. To relocate into designated covered warehouse appropriately and transfer in and out from internal warehouse.									
5. To receive raw material & packaging goods receiving from production ( return & verified quantities relabeling ) and return to proper 
   location/Finished Goods receiving from production (receiving & verified quantities).									
6. To withdraw samples for as and when required.									
7. Inform store coordinator for IDTN ( Internal Delivery/Transfer Note ) preparation for material/FG .									
8. To setting raw material & packaging/Finished Goods arrangement for FIFO arrangement.									
9. Marking and re-labelling of loose material.									
10. To facilitate unloading of material from lorry.									
11. To wrap cartons box as and when necessary.									
12. To assist in the preparation for month end stock counting and recording and material/FG location.									
13. To re-group all same material into 1 full pallet, use own discretion.									
14. To pick all material requested via stock requisition & sample forms for production requirements.									
15. To pick up Finished Goods via " Order Pick Ticket " for Sales requirement.									
16. Loading lorry for return material to supplier.									
17. To assist in timely check condition of batteries in forklifts & reach-trucks  - cleaning & top up of electrolyte ( battery distil water ).									
18. To ensure proper housekeeping in warehouse working areas and timely changing of rubbish bin for collection by rubbish collector.									
19. To carry out any other work as and when required.

2. 收缩包装和堆积好收到的货品/完成品, 除了铁桶里的原料。									
3. 记录到货日期,编号和数量和根据上司的指导签收货盘标签。									
4. 根据货仓的设计安置好货品和安排货品进出。									
5. 从生产部门接收原材料和完成品(退回并验证标签的数量)然后返回正确的位置/从生产部门收的完成品 ( 接受并确认数量)。									
6. 在需要时提取样品。									
7. 通知货仓协调员(内部交付/转移票据)为材料或完成品输出做准备。									
8. 设定原材料和包装/ 用FIFO ( First In First Out )的方式安排货品。									
9. 标记并重新标记松散的材料。									
10. 促进货品卸货的效率。									
11. 根据需要包裹纸箱。									
12. 协助月尾货品统计,和记录材料和完成品的地点。									
13. 将所有相同物料重新分组为1个完整的货盘。									
14. 通过库存申请和样品表格来给予生产部门所需的材料。									
15. 通过销售部门的需要,利用" 订购选票"来提取货品。									
16. 装载卡车将物料退还给供应商。									
17. 定时检查叉车和吊臂卡车电池状况 - 清洁和补充电解液。									
18. 保持货仓环境清洁,定时处理垃圾。									
19. 在需要时进行其他任何工作。
