•Responsible in general administration duties.
•Dealing with the supplier for material purchase, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Around 19 years old to 35 years old
•Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, SQL Accounting Software
•Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
•Meticulous, thorough, able to multi-task and work independently.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Knowledge in basic HR spectrum would be an advantage.
•Knowledge in homepage management and maintenance would be an advantage.
•Responsible to prepare and process purchase orders and all related documents according to the order request, delivery follow-up / collection and etc.
•Liaise with suppliers on all quotation, review on inventories, orders and stock planning.
•Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
•Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
•To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving.
•Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or assignments that are assigned, as and when required by superiors.
