1. Order Processing a) Generate SO, DO & Invoices. b) Documentation – accuracy, especially in Duty Free documents c) Planning and follow up on blanket orders, schedule orders, back orders and bad debtors 2. Coordinating a) Handling customer enquiry (pays attention to customer needs on all existing product & pass all new enquiry through the Customer Enquiry Form) b) Issue Quotation (ensure all quotation out, must follow up with feedback & closed) c) Internal – sales person, account department, inventory department and delivery d) External e.g. Customer e) Provide service – foster good relationship and understanding in market field with customers (e.g. visiting the customers) f) Allocation of stocks between the customers when shortage arise g) Tracking ETA dates (outstanding sales monitoring & recording). h) Ensures all orders are ordered within 24 hours (except for problems RO) i) Follow up problem RO j) Delivery arrangement k) Ensure all Performance Reports are submitted on time 3. Cash Sales a) Provide service to walk-in customers b) Control and report – daily updates e.g. daily record versus actual cash collected c) Collection - follow up with customers - follow up with salesmen and directors for non-payment accounts 4. Telemarketing a) Servicing & call up key accounts b) Generate new sales leads c) Promotion – planning, discussion, execution and reporting d) Compile information - pricing and MOQ - credit : cash / term - product specification and application - catalogues and samples - promotion leaflets
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Able to speak in mandarin would be an advantage to cater for our mandarin speaking clientele. • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in E-Commerce Platform.
