Job description
a. Manage inbound and outbound calls
b. Manage company mailboxes, company website, social media, and back-end of application
c. Generate sales leads through social media and email
d. Ensure smooth ordering process
e. Handle customer enquiries and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
f. Menu updating
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
• Excellent in computer literate with competency in Microsoft and Google applications
• Excellent in email writing and social media copywriting
• Familiar with roads and traffic of Malacca
• Willing to work on rotation shift/ weekend/ Public Holiday/ OT and off one day per week
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
