Job responsibilities:
• Perform beauty treatments and facial treatments.
•Assist skin therapists to perform procedures and communicate effectively with clients.
• Manage customer appointments according to the appointment schedule and patient convenience.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Propose appropriate Skin Treatments and Skin Care packages based on client's needs with proper skill and knowledges without mis-selling.
• Follow up with clients to improve the effectiveness of the treatment plan
•Provide customers with professional advice on treatment packaging and products.
• Update and maintain treatment records.
• Work closely with each other to achieve sales goals.
