Account and Administrative
- Maintain partial or full set of accounts and monthly management reports.
- Maintaining and administering all General Accounting functions, Accounts Receivables/Payables/Fixed Assets and Contract Work in progress schedules.
- Prepare payment vouchers, DN, CN, journal, reconcile debtors / creditors / bank / inter-company.
- Monthly cheque issuance & maintaining accurate record of income & expenses.
- Budgeting and cash flow.
- Forecast project costing.
- Maintain a very orderly filing system.
- Maintaining an orderly library system for all building materials, drawings and books.
- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day administrative work , e.g. functionality of all office equipment, fixtures & fittings, stationery requisitions and issuance, amongst others.
- All property matters , including record & renewal of tenancies, administering sales & purchase transactions, etc.
- Human resource work, including annual leave record, preparation of Annual E & EA Forms.
