Job description

・To carry out work as directed by Design Director.
・To fully understand and know the company’s policies and procedures
・To ensure end product is to the Company’s standards
・To resolve design technical issue for project team
・To prepare and support all designers for necessary drawing for submission
・To support Contract Department for BQ and costing when necessary
・Responsible to carry out any job assigned to you
・To support Design Director and to lead the team to manage design process
・Design to meet client’s budget while ensuring all client’s requirements are met
・To ensure all necessary communication flow within the necessary external (client, production team) and internal parties
・To attend site design technical issue as and when is necessary
・To attend CCM meeting
・To attend TC meeting when necessary
                    

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience in designing commercial offices, Residential & Retails.
• Creative with a flair in design
• Candidate should possess a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Able to work both independently as well as within a team to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Autocad or ZWCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max vray rendering and must be able to read Architectural plans
• Candidate must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
