Job description

- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant platforms;
- Creates dynamic content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation;
- Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content (content, graphic, video etc.);
- Works with team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy;
- Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers;
- Manages social media communications as well as inbound and outbound calls;
- Deal with enquiries and complains
