Job description

- Develop content strategy and digital ideas across all relevant social and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc.) and identify opportunities of engagement with the target audience to add value to the user experience.

- Lead content creation and management on digital platforms and social media to garner a strong and engaging presence online in Malaysia, and working together with agency & in house creative teams.

- Craft copy for content to engage and build relevant connections with consumers.
Familiarize  Malaysia’s Food, pastry, bakery , coffee  current social media trend.
                    

Requirements

- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/ Media/ Branding/ Marketing/ Mass Communication or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related fields.
- Experience in Creative field, and have good sense of art / creative
- Good visual communication and fundamental and design intuition, able to review creative outputs with high attention to detail and provide clear feedback that likely reducing clarify and consistency of communication.
- An almost obsessive interest in best-practice and changes to social media marketing.
- Confident writing style and excellent grammar in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative thinking, initiative and some knowledge/ skill in design is an added advantage.
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
