• Receive the booking from customer / assign by HOD. • Ability to execute the delivery to meet customer objective without error and mistake, strictly adhere to customer SOP. • Provide good communication to customer and internal division bookings and ensure reporting to HOD for any critical matter or failure cases or disputed/delayed cases. • Receive customer feedback and discuss with HOD for good action plan to improve the customer service. • Monitor closely for all shipments and update to related parties until shipment arrives POD. • Record customer complaint to relevant folder and come out with a correction action plan to avoid similar mistake from re-occurrence. • Achieve personal revenue and sale goals setting by department HOD/Director. • Develop and grow new customers to provide new business opportunities for company growth. • Accountable for outstanding receivable on assigned customers for timely collections.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor Degree in any field. • At least 3 year of working experience in the transportation/logistics industry. • Excellent interpersonal and able to interact with people at all levels. • Willing to learn and take new challenge. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Able to work independently with multitasking abilities and able to take work pressure • Willing to work in Seelong, Johor
