• Responsible for ingredients preparation planning and processing seafood for packaging.
• Ensuring smooth operations and complete production requirement.
• Responsible for proper paperwork and record of production.
• Ensuring food hygiene standard of production.
• Assisting and support sales team for product knowledge and training.
Around 25 years old to 35 years old
• Bachelor in Food Technology or Working experience as production chef
• Strong administrative and communication skill.
• Independent and able to lead production workers.
