全职室内设计师 - (RM 3000-6000)
Full time senior designer - (RM 3000-6000)

- 应试者需能够准备完整的概念图纸，2D和3D演示和布局计划，以及准备概念设计和样品材料板。
- 草拟初步设计计划，包括电路格局。能够确定客户的目标和项目的要求。
- 对指定材料和家具，如照明，家具，墙壁饰面，地板和卫生设备等等都有一定程度的了解。
- 熟悉应用程序（如autocad，3ds Max + vray，Illustrator和Photoshop）。
- 能够领导和指导初级室内设计师，并在必要时提供指导。
- 应试者能够与项目团队密切合作，以确保图纸准确性，符合设计意图。
- 拥有从概念到完成的经验并曾经管理项目过是一个额外的优势。

- Candidates to be able to prepare full set conceptual drawings, in 2D and 3D presentation and layout plan as well as to prepare conceptual design and sample material board. 
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts. Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. 
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications such as autocad, 3ds Max + vray, illustrator and Photoshop.
- Able to lead and coach junior interior designer and provide guidance when necessary.
- Candidates able to work closely with project team to ensure drawings are accurate and keeping with design intention.
- Experience in managing projects from concept to completion is an added advantage.
