Marketing of wallpapers and curtains to already appointed dealers in the allocated territories. Building good rapport and sharing of companies good practices regularly. Success of dealers is the function of your role. Appointing new dealers and dropping inactive or dormant dealership will be your role to pursue.
• Require visiting dealers at least once a month.
• Achieve sales target and grow the sales in assigned segment and territory.
• Monitor and track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.
• Contribute ideas, advice and implement effective ideas and inspiration to help our dealers to grow their business.
Around 18 years old to 40 years old
• Pleasant, approachable and energetic personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. An individual who is dedicated to his/her work.
• Understand and practice need analysis in his/her task.
• A pro-active and overall team player by working closely with other team members to ensure overall company objectives is met.
• Candidate must be able to converse reasonably well in Mandarin/Cantonese as role requires dealing with Mandarin/Cantonese speaking clients, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Exposure and experience in the interior soft furnishing or interior design background will be an added advantage.
