Architecture/Interior Design
Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
Kuala Lumpur
. Provide clerical & administrative support
. Maintain files and databases
. Maintain & order office supplies & stationaries
. Re-order / Stock replenishment
. Maintain & update the details of expiry license, roadtax, fire
extinguisher & etc
. Update employee entitlement leave, sick leave, leave balance,
absenteeism (with & without prior approval
. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters,
faxes and forms
. Answering incoming calls & handling outgoing correspondence
. Any other duties as assigned by management

. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
. Good communicator
. Flexible
. Able to work independently
. Able to work immediately
