Job description

-Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of staff.
-Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards and customer requirements.
-Maintain day-to-day safety and quality, monitor and prioritize workflow and production schedules.
-Supervise staff and give direction in a manufacturing department.
-Ensure product is in compliance with customer standards and ensure fulfillment goals.
                    

Requirements

-Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
-Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
-Advanced skills in MS Office
-Organizational and leadership abilities
-Communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
-Problem-solving skills
-High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
