Job description

To maintain contact and build good, lasting relationship with customers. 
Provide high-quality customer service to build customer loyalty.
Diligently follow up with existing and new customers.
Providing professional skin advice to customers. 
Recommending and up selling products and treatment packages for customers’ needs. 
Perform facial treatment to customers. 
                    

Requirements

Candidate preferably has relevant certificate and experience in beauty or aesthetic.  However, a fast leaner will be considered if with good selling skills. 
Experience in beauty or aesthetic field and with selling skills would be an advantage. 
Service oriented with a positive attitude. 
Customer focused and process strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
Able to multitask, independent, good team player and hard working. 
Well groomed with a pleasant position.
Required language: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
