Job description
•Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
•Responsible for maintaining facilities tools, materials, and equipment as well as housekeeping the facilities storeroom.
•Provides hands- on work on minor repairs.
• Perform monthly readings on resident/tenants utility usage (water meter) and record in the database
•Handle electrical equipment, infrastructure as well as upkeep environment and surrounding.
•Ensure the request/complaints from residents/tenants are promptly attended to.
•Ensure compliance with Safety & Regulation.
•Provide facilities technical support and services to the apartment.
•Carry out routine checks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities & building maintenance.
•To attend all facilities job request, reported faults and defects.
•Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical equipment.
•Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
