BDE are responsible for the maximization of sales for a company’s products, they help in the turnover of sales and provide data’s regarding charges required in the product to meet customer standards. BDE are people who reach towards the customer directly. Responsible for assigned territory sales target budget and market representation. Main roles are identifying and appointing new accounts. Develop existing accounts. Organize dealers’ events and create “ Sell ” promotion programs. Keep abreast with product knowledge and market intelligence advise dealers and company.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any business related discipline. Results oriented, resourceful with integrity, good interpersonal & communication skills. 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably those from beauty industry. Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively. Fast learner and passion for sales.
