Job description

1.	Documentary Preparation 
1.1	Constantly follow up with the respective internal department on the product drawings and specification
1.2	Preparation of relevant documents for submission to respective government bodies for approval and certification.
1.3  Constantly update on the frequent and latest revision of the documents reporting format
1.4   Ensuring approval and certification are obtained before the start of the site installation

2.	Documentary Control
2.1 Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information
2.2 Develops and maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to ensure fast retrieval of documents.
2.3 Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings.
2.4 Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration. 

3. Support Sales activities such as preparation quotation and follow up.


                    

Requirements

•	Candidate must possess at least Diploma any related field. Have an ability to operate CAD software is an added advantage.
•	Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, 
•	At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•	Self-motivated, Result oriented, with a proactive attitude
•	Pleasant personality with good communications, presentation & negotiation skills
•	Computer literate & willing to learn. 
•	High sense of integrity & committed to customer satisfaction
•	Strong interpersonal and telephone communications skill, ability to work under pressure.
