Job description
-Great skill in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Points
-Conducting and managing company affairs such as official letters and etc
-Doing filing on companies documents
-Accessing company team recruitment programme
-Establishing new SOP of certain workflow in vary departments
-Recording and book-keeping of companies cash-flow (payment voucher, invoices,etc)
-HR works skills in handling problematic staffs
-Handling Payroll
-Basic knowledge on Company Act, Staff Act.
-Accessing in any company certificate,documents renewal or auditing.
Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/"A" Level/ Pre-U, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Human Resource -Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, excel, ppt, HR2000 and insurance calculation, Self-motivated, meticulous, well-organized, Able to work independently and multi-task.
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
