Are you ambitious and self-driven?

We are looking for an HR and Admin Executive to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties.

Your role is to act as the liaison between General Manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries and issues. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. Our ideal candidate holds an academic HR background and has previous work experience with Human Resources Management. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.

You will also be able to assist General Manager in the life cycle of recruitment. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is well organized to attract, hire and maintain employees.

    >Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
    >Provide clerical and administrative support to General Manager
    >Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
    >Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
    >Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
    >Deal with employees’ requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
    >Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
    >Monthly submission and payment to LHDN, EPF and SOCSO
    >Yearly submission to LHDN (Borang E)
    >Communicate with public services when necessary
    >Properly handle complaints
    >Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
    >Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
    >Prepare quotations to clients and follow up
    >Prepare agreements to clients
    >Perform any other assignments when required
                    

Requirements

>Possess a Degree in Human Resource and Management
>At least 2 years’ experience in human resource and administrative tasks
>Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel and Words
>Basic knowledge of Labour Law
>A team player, resourceful, organized and able to work independently and meet datelines
>Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
>Possess own transport
