Job description

Responsibilities:  
• To oversee and supervise smooth day to day function of the Operation department in achieving productivity objective.
• Assist Head of Department to lead, train and supervise a team of machinist to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• To supervise in sourcing and purchasing of raw material, spare parts and tools with good negotiation skills.
• To check deliveries from supplier to ensure the items are correct with proper working order.
• To supervise and monitoring overall manufacturing operations including production, delivery, material, planning and factory upkeep and safety.   

                    

Requirements

Requirements:
• Candidate possess at least SPM/’O’ Level/Diploma.
• Prefer candidates can speak and read Chinese
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with experience 1-2 years will be an added advantage.
• Matures with good leadership skills, multi-tasking, good communication and able to work independently.
