Job description
-General administrative and customer services.
-Liaise with customers/suppliers.
-Check supplier quotation and liaise with supplier for goods arrival schedule.
-Prepare quotations, invoices and Purchase Order.
-Attend to all daily incoming and outcoming calls.
-Prepare invoice and DO to customers.
-Prepare Sales Order to suppliers.
Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least SPM / LCCI or other equivalent Diploma.
-Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
-Good interpersonal skill & able to communicate with people of all levels.
-A self-motivated, result oriented and matured candidate with positive working attitude & good sense of responsibility.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, UBS system.
-Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese.
-At Least 2 years of working experience in related field.
