Job description
•Assist, control and manage project documentation.
•Correspond emails with client and supplier.
•Constantly monitor and report on the progress of existing
customer’s data and record.
•Composes, revises and edits a variety of routine correspondence, reports, and informational materials.
•Working Hours: 9am – 6pm; Five and a half day;Able and willing to work overtime and on Saturdays if required.
Requirements
•Microsoft Office literate. Able to operate a computer using word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
•Prepare clear, accurate and concise reports, records and other materials.
•Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, orally and in writing.
•Basic knowledge in Chinese language is an added advantage.
•Background knowledge in electrical is preferable.
•ATTITUDE/APPROACH: Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Enthusiastic and flexible. Able to use own initiative.
