•Involved in operational tasks including internal process and customer service handling, especially phone call enquiries related to product or services. •Involved in sample registration and labeling, data analysis and reports printing. •Provides accurate interpretation and timely reporting results. •Handling dispatch and liaising with courier service provider. •Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. •Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department and Laboratory Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely reporting results.
•Preferably 1 – 2 years of experiences working in laboratory set-up •Good teamwork and analytical skills •Good interpersonal skills and computer literate •Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision •Display commitment and integrity in an ethical manner •Multi-tasking with good time management skills
