• Managing of day-to-day all general office administrative duties,operational matters e.g.to co-ordinate incoming and outgoing correspondences. • Data entry into our internal control system. Keep records updated such as billings. • Organize and manage documents, correspondence of records and maintain efficient and accurate filing systems for easy access and retrieval. • Data entry for Accounts Receivables and any tasks as required by Management. • To prepare and send statement of accounts within reasonable time frame. • To generate relevant reports periodically or when necessary • Must be able to work independently and under minimum supervision. • Any other duties as may assigned from time to time.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently. Self motivated. • Computer required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.(verbal and written) • Applicants must be willing to work in TAMAN TAMPOI UTAMA. • Possess Own Transport (prefer staying near by area) • No work experience required as training will be provided.
