-Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Performance Management. -Reviews, develops and implements the HR strategies, policies and systems efficiently and effectively. -Provides HR advices to Senior Management in accordance with all Malaysian laws which affect employment such as Employment Act, EPF, Socso, Income Tax etc. -Coaches and develops the HR team to achieve company objectives and goals.
-Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline. -At least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferable managers holding the HR generalist role. -Resourceful and a team player who is able to interact well with all levels of employees. Excellent communication, interpersonal as well as problem solving skills. -Well versed with Labour Laws and other statutory requirements. -Strong command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
