Job description

- Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)
- referred candidates with customer service experience or equivalent
- Good communication, patient, team spirit, cheerful personality
- Candidates must have at least SPM / diploma in any field
- Required skills: Microsoft Window, excel ,etc
- Language: need to be proficient in Chinese and have excellent writing skills
                    

Requirements

= Handing customer queries via all channels provided e.g. live chat program, messenger programs email, and phone calls 
- Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns in a timely manner. 
- Follow up on customers queries where required.

注：课程顾问多为周五周六、周六周天，意味着周末常常需要上班，但是可以申请调休，无法接受此项者，勿扰~
